Analysis Reports
LiveOverview
California's 58 grand juries publish hundreds of reports every year, but no one has systematically tracked what they investigate or how themes evolve over time. Analysis Reports fills that gap by grouping reports into thematic areas and surfacing cross-county patterns.
Each thematic report synthesizes findings from multiple counties and jury terms, showing where the same issues appear repeatedly, which recommendations get implemented, and how oversight priorities shift year to year.
